Gramona is a historic, family-owned winery located in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia in the Penedès region of Spain, renowned for producing high-quality sparkling wines, primarily Cava and Corpinnat. Established in 1881, the business has been passed down through five generations, with each contributing to Gramona’s reputation for excellence. Today, the winery is led by Jaume Gramona, who oversees production and uphold the family’s long-standing commitment to traditional winemaking. Jaume Gramona, a trained oenologist with extensive knowledge of sparkling wine production, plays a pivotal role as the head winemaker, blending innovation with respect for heritage to craft exceptional wines.

Known for producing some of the longest-aged sparkling wines in Spain, Gramona often exceeds the typical ageing period for Cava, with some wines spending over a decade on lees.
