Winemaking
Viticulture Situated in the western part of the Barolo area, this estate is located partly in the municipality of La Morra and partly in the municipality of Verduno. The vineyards are situated on South-West and South-East facing slopes at an altitude of 350 m above sea level. Usual harvest time: 15th/30th September. Fermentation in stailess steel for about 6 days at 25°C. This preserves the delicate primary aromas of the grapes, giving the wie a fresh character.
