After selecting the best fine lees, it is aged and battonaged for 6 months, favouring the wine's volume in the mouth and giving it more amplitude and roundness. After this process it remains in reductive ageing for a year. Once bottled, it is aged for 6 months in the bottle before being released onto the market, thus achieving even greater complexity."
