The 2022 Reserve Marlborough Pinot Noir sources fruit from premium vineyards. Cold soaked for 5 days, fermentation in small open top tanks with varied yeasts and thrice daily plunging. Macerated 3-5 days before gentle pressing. Aged 10 months in French oak, including 20% new oak.
