A huge fan of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé of the Loire valley, Marco Felluga recognised the potential of Friuli's hilly Collio region to produce excellent Sauvignon Blanc. This is deliberately matured for a year before release, to achive the optimum balance between vibrancy and roundness of texture. It has irresistible scents of jasmine and honey, with honeyed grapefruit on the palate. This excellent wine is pure and refreshing, with a satisfying, understated richness.

Winemaking
100% Sauvignon Blanc, grown in the villages of San Floriano, Oslavia, and Cormòns, in the Collio DOC. The grapes are picked by hand, de-stemmed and then undergo cold maceration (to emphasise fruity notes) before pressing. Fermentation in stainless steel temperature-controlled tanks, after which the wine is refined through six months' ageing on the lees.
