The Brut Tradition champagne is supple and fruity in taste with supple and harmonious aromas. This cuvée is produced using the traditional assemblage of the three grape varieties of the Champagne region: 1/3 Chardonnay, 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pinot Meunier. In order to maintain consistency of taste from one year to the next, reserve wines are used to complete the assemblage process. Aged for at least 2 years in the cellars.
It generally goes well with lighter foods, such as seafood and vegetables. Also good as a pre-dinner aperitif.
