Gobillard
Award-winning JM Gobillard et Fils, is family-run and owns 25 hectares of vines around Epernay with more managed through expert growers.
If you’re after the true heart of Champagne, then look no further. The Gobillard family lives mere metres from the grave of Dom Pérignon, and following decades of hard work, have secured 26 hectares of vines, much of which is Premier Cru that was once owned by the Benedictine Hautvillers Abbey. A handful of carefully selected growers tend to a further 125 hectares nestled in the most prestigious crus, yielding a range of Champagnes that accentuate brightness, minerality and elegance over power and richness.
