Winemaking
Hand-harvested grapes undergo a 48-hour cold maceration to maximize aromatic extraction before a gentle pressing. Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in new French oak barriques, followed by six months of aging on the fine lees to build its signature roundness and structural complexity.
