Elderflower adds a smooth, complex and robust undertone to the aromas of Harrington Dry Gin. The infusion of the elderflower gives a subtle taste of summer. The addition of sugar only sweetens the notes so it is most definitely not a liqueur - at 40% ABV this is very much a gin.

For a perfect G&T, serve Warner’s Elderflower Gin with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic water and garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh mint. It also works well with Soda Water and sliced grapes.
Process
Each harvest, the Warner’s team handpick elderflower in the surrounding countryside. The petals go from field to gin in a single day, with around 300 fresh, individual elderflowers needed per bottle.
People
