In the cellar, a careful cluster selection was made in sorting stainless steel-vibrant table. The clusters are destemmed, softly crushed and then received in stainless steel tank. 50% of the grapes are received in open steel tank working with manual punching down regime. Cold maceration is made at 8-10°C during 6 days following with the Alcoholic Fermentation at 26-28°C for 10 days. After dryness the wine was left over its lees during 2 days in order to increase its palate and then 30% of the components were racked into new, 1st and 2nd year use french oak barrels were the malolactic fermentation took place. The rest of the wine was left in stainless steel tank as fruit component. The wine aged for 13 months before bottling.
