Falernia winery transformed Chile's Elqui Valley into a thriving wine region. Cousins Aldo Gramola and winemaker Giorgio Flessati pioneered viticulture here, establishing a 320-hectare estate across diverse altitudes. Ranging from Pacific-influenced lowlands to high-altitude vineyards exceeding 2,000 meters, Falernia benefits from the valley's unique microclimates and soils. Their wines, from Sauvignon Blanc to Syrah, exhibit exceptional fruit purity and freshness. Falernia's innovation led to the introduction of a Riesling and a Malbec, showcasing the region's distinct character.
