Winemaking
Made exclusively from Pinot Noir. The small vineyard sites yield small parcels of fruit which are harvested and vinified seperately in stainless steeel, temperature controlled tanks with the greatest care possible to respect the delicate, fruity characters. During the fermentation the wine is racked off the skins before too much colour or tannin is extracted and rested in steel tanks until blending, filtering and bottling.
