Probably the finest dry Muscat we have ever tasted, it shows textbook fresh grape and bergamot aromas, leading to lemon zest and spring blossom flavours on the palate. Technically bone dry, you hardly notice because of its intensity of aroma and flavour.

Winemaking
The Reserve range is from a selection of parcels of old vines around Ribeauvillé (around 35 years old) which produces a more complex wine destined for a longer laying down. This is a blend of two varieties of Muscat: Ottonel brings the roundness and the softness whilst Muscat d'Alsace (Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains) adds natural acidity of the wine and fruitiness. After harvesting, the grapes are brought directly to the winery where they are fermented in stainless steel and bottled early without malolactic fermentation.
