" Planted back in 2006, Thelema's Sutherland vineyards are comparatively old by Elgin standards. Fermented with whole berries rather than whole bunches, with ageing in 15% new wood, this has sweet raspberry and patisserie flavours, a twist of tobacco leaf and scented 15% new wood. 2022-26 "
