A youthful and juicy 'Nouveau' style red wine drawing inspiration from the Rhone. A blend of Grenache, Mataro (Mourvedre) and Shiraz, this wine is completely unoaked.
A mix of light and dark fresh ripe berried fruits, cured meats and lifted spice on the nose sets you up for mouthful of savoury and gamey flavour in the mouth.

Winemaking
All components are fermented in open fermenters, where the presence of whole berries is encouraged. Pumped over twice daily, flavours colours and tannins are gently extracted from the grapes until pressing off skins after 7 days. Bottled early, without oak maturation, to showcase the bright fruit elements and lifted spice characters.
