Winemaking
The whole vinification-process takes place in only stainless-steel tanks. Four to six weeks after fermentation, the wines are racked. Afterwards the young wines are allowed to rest for an additional four to five months on the fine lees, then are racked for a second time, fined and filtered. The bottling takes place in our own bottling-facility.
