Winemaking
The outstanding 2019 growing season continued with a long dry autumn allowing all red grape varieties to slowly mature and maintain varietal character and acheive ripe tannins. The Chatterer Syrah was fermented in small stainless steel vats . Once pressed the new wine was transferred to French oak barrels for 16 months maturation. before bottling in November 2020.
