Press Review
There is a new rosé produced in conjunction with Xandrá Falcó, the second vintage of which is the 2021 XF (her initials), a blend of 35% Garnacha, 30% Sauvignon Blanc, 25% Viura and the rest Tempranillo (red and white) and Maturana Blanca from sandy soils that give it freshness and acidity (pH 3.15) produced in a very pale style with the must of the red grapes macerated with the skins of the white to give it texture. It has moderate alcohol (12.8%) a delicate profile, floral and fresh, but with a textured mouthfeel and a little tannin, finishing dry.
