Winemaking
After pressing and natural settling, 50% of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks and 50% in barriques. The wine then matures for 8 months on fine lees, gaining texture and complexity, before final blending. A light filtration precedes bottling to preserve purity, freshness and balance.
