Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’ is bright, fresh and delicate with aromas or freshly peeled lemons and a whisper of red fruit, followed by the subtle perfume of white flowers and orange blossom. Lavender, rose petals and a hint of cracked white pepper add subtle finesse. Traditional juniper provides structure in the background partnered with a natural, but not overpowering, soft sweetness from strawberries and angelica complemented with a freshness from lemon verbena. The finish is soft, smooth and lingering.

Process
Distilled using the finest Macedonian juniper berries alongside verbena, rose and blossom and pink peppercorns to provide a complex the background, the gin is then partnered with the natural soft sweetness from strawberries.
People
Launched in 2016 after years of careful building, founders Angus Lugsdin and Howard Davies have built up a team and a distillery with global reputation. The core identity remains the same though; a common love of gin and their stunning coastal home.
Place
Based in South Devon, the beautiful distillery and bar is nestled in Island Street, the traditional boat building quarter of Salcombe. They reflect this provenance by using maritime inspiration to form the ideas throughout their gin recipes.
