The nose is an intriguing marriage of pink grapefruit, honeydew melon and fresh sage. The palate is well structured, silky textured, and fills the mouth with crisp citrus and candied fruit character. Such a long finish - excellent.

Winemaking
Aproximately 15% of the must was fermented in oak barrels and the remaining fermented in stainless steel vats. The wine aged on the lees for six months and then in the bottle.
