Made from 100% Merlot, Brancaia's Maremma Rosé has a bright salmon colour and is fresh, fruity and elegant, with fragrant aromas of watermelon and jasmine tea. Grapes are picked earlier than for red wine, to keep the alcohol light and the acidity fresh and vibrant. Fermented at a low temperature with site-specific yeasts in stainless steel, without skin contact, and lees-aged for three months before bottling.

Winemaking
We let the must ferment spontaneously at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks without any contact time with the mash, before the young wine is aged on the lees for three more months.
