A rich and robust Cognac, it was created to live somewhere between their VSOP and XO and in doing so, the younger eaux-de-vie make it fresh and approachable, while the older eaux-de-vie provide it with a deep complexity.
People
In 1997, Cellar Master Georges Clot decided to create a new cognac honouring the early craftsmanship spirit of the house and to name it after the Acord Royal Remy Martin received from King Louis XV in 1738.

Rémy Martin is a French institution and a distillery that has shaped the broader spirits industry, Cognac in particular, since 1724. It's a house that has seen Kings, wars and entire centuries go by along its illustrious history.
