With its deep, vibrant ruby colour and alluring nose of bright cherries, pink peppercorns and new leather, this draws you in to take a sip. You can tell that this is a seriously good wine with a sense of place from its excellent balance of fruit to acidity and tannin. It has what it takes to cellar for a few years if desired, but it is also absolutely ready to enjoy immediately. This is made 100% from the Garnacha variety, with grapes grown at 560m to 600m altitude in Monte Yerga in the south-east of Rioja. The height and breezes temper the summer heat, giving the wine freshness.

Winemaking
Pre fermentative maceration to preserve the floral aromas and colour extraction. Fermentation in concrete (with a percentage of stems to bring freshness and tannins) at 24ºC. Aged in different materials (amphora, 600-litre barrels and concrete). Blended and aged in French 225 l barriques for 10 months.
