From handpicked grapes in 250kg crates to berry-by-berry selection on an optical sorting table, our Lalomba wine is meticulously crafted. A 3-day maceration is followed by fermentation with vineyard yeasts. After 12 days, gentle pressing leads to French oak barrels for 14 months, then back to concrete vats for 8 months of final refinement.

18/20 - The silken grace of this wine is striking; knee-buckling. It thrums with energy. Smoky and kohl smudged, mulberry sweet and tingling with mica-shiny-black glittering minerality. Truffles and wild mushrooms and thyme. Pulsing with purity. Achingly long. Drink 2023-2037.
