"Deep, vibrant black cherry juice colour. Lovely redcurrant and morello cherry aroma - simultaneously reminiscent of the fruit, leaf and kernel. Soft and light-bodied, with delicious crunchy fruit, crisp acidity and just a tiny nip of tannin. Reminiscent of a Barbera d'Alba - yumwohl!

Winemaking
The grapes were destemmed and crushed then macerated for 4 hours before being gently pressed under low pressure by a pneumatic press. Fermentation took place with automatic temperature control at 18°C. The wine was matured in stainless steel tanks before being bottled in the Pfaffl cellar.
