This dry Riesling shows beautiful floral and citrus aromas. Flavours of elderflower, lime and lemon peel are balanced by wonderful mineral acidity. It has just enough maturity to show some sumptuous roundness of texture, whilst still posessing an edge of vibrant, primary fruit character.

Seriously interesting Riesling
Fabulous dry Riesling. Curiously it has a slight hint of butter typically associated with Malolactic fermentation, but why anyone would use that on a Riesling… Still, it works wonderfully.
