"Naturally frozen Riesling grapes are hand harvested at -10°C. Pressed frozen, releasing only one drop of pure extract from each grape. Fermentation is performed at a cool temperature to retain fruit concentration. The wine is aged 100% in stainless steel. Alcohol 10.5% Acid Level: 12.5g/l Sugar level: 234g/l "
