100% agave tequilas produced using a traditional tahona and fermented with agave fibres are blended with tequilas made using a modern roller shredder. The blend is then charcoal filtered and aged in ex-bourbon casks for at least 12 months prior to bottling in hand-blown individually numbered bottles

Process
Patrón Añejo Tequila is carefully distilled in small batches at Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. It's then aged in a combination of French oak, Hungarian oak and used American whiskey barrels.

Production takes place at Hacienda Patrón, in Jalisco, Mexico. A 60 strong team utilise an eco-friendly reverse osmosis irrigation system and recycle the agave by-product.
