This is an absolutely superb and fabulous-value dry wine. Chablis-like in structure, texture and vibrant acidity (no surprise, since Tokaji is on the same latitude as Chablis), it has far more expressive aromas and flavours of lemon zest, peach and honey. Patricius originally made this to satisfy demand for dry white wine within Hungary, however its quality is so exceptional that it has since become their number one export.
