Press Review
93/100 - Sourced from the estate's own Tillington vineyard in West Sussex, the single-vineyard sparkling wine is only produced in the best years. This is the fourth release after 2009, 2010 and 2013. Pale gold with a pinkish hue. Passionate and floral on the nose, with toasty acacia blossom, fresh raspberry and red apple notes. Honeyed on the palate with great depth of red apple, honeysuckle and white pepper-seasoned citrus. The textured, buttery mousse unravels a tight core of salinity and vivid acidity. The savoury lime peel bitterness on the finish is cleansing and salivating. Drink 2022-2032.
Press Review
17.5/20 - Quite a mature nose but great freshness and verve on the palate which it leaves clean. Quite a substantial, complex wine with an attractively savoury note and a beginning, middle and end. Hits the throat!
