A lovely wine, with scents of ripe raspberry, sage and rosemary on the nose, and well-defined flavours on the palate. It has good substance and richness, with complex hints of cedar wood and cigar box. This is a lovely Right Bank Bordeaux-style wine. It is a blend of 70% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Cabernet Franc, matured in 300-litre French oak barrels for 13 months.
