Les Grands Charrons is a significant vineyard in the heart of Meursault, out of which Bouzereau produces wine from a 1.5 hectare plot. The vines currently in production are all mature, having been planted between 1951 and 1992. The wine is aged for one year in barrels, of which 20% are first-fill, and then allowed to meld in a larger vat for between two and four months. Drinks well between six months and six years of age.
