Expect a spray of fresh grapefruit & perfumed bergamot, softened by rosemary and juniper on the nose. To taste, it's a bright summery statement that delivers a joyous zing of sherbert citrus, but with a herbal core allowing a great depth of flavour.
Process
Grapefruit peel, cascade hops, island grown bergamot, lemon zest and rosemary are each distilled. These distillates are then blended into the distillery's signature dry gin. More citrus is then infused.
