Mermaid Pink Gin is the perfect foundation for a Summer Fruit Cup loaded with fruits and lengthened with ginger ale, or a Mermaid Pink & Tonic – garnished with strawberries, fresh mint and or a slice of lime.
Process
Fresh Island strawberries, grown in the fertile microclimate of the Arreton valley, are steeped in their signature gin for four days, before being redistilled to create Mermaid Pink Gin. With no added sugar it’s less sweet than most pink gins.

Founded by Xavier Baker & Conrad Gauntlett, Isle of Wight Distillery has grown into one of the top names of the British craft gin movement, propelled by their gorgeous bottles and dedication to imbuing the island’s identity into everything they do.
