A delicate, fresh and easy-drinking rosé, bursting with ripe raspberry and strawberry flavours.

Winemaking

Grapes are harvested at night. Upon reaching the cellar, they are sorted, destemmed and gently pressed in a pneumatic press to slowly extract the juice. Prior to fermentation, the must is allowed to settle in tanks for 2 days, where the temperature is maintained at 10°C. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel vats at 16 to 18°C. Finally, the wine is drawn from the tanks to age on its fine lees for 4 months. The wine is then carefully filtered and bottled.
