Beautifully golden, with a green hue. Starting off ripe and fresh, with aromas of apricot, pineapple and litchi, hidden aromas of banana, butter, caramel, and zippy citrus, quince and lime then come to the fore. Very well poised, perfectly integrated oaking with balanced ripeness and minerality zing off each other. Melt in the mouth acidity has great staying power and adds a well crafted focus and length.

Winemaking
Carried out using today’s modern techniques, with usual de-stemming followed by crushing. Fermentation is carried out at 23°C. Ageing in stainless steel tanks. 50% of the blend is oaked using staves for a period of maximum 2 months, adding complexity whilst ensuring the original fruity character is preserved.
