This wine is medium garnet, displaying cherry and raspberry fruit on the nose and a slight smokiness. Very elegant, with bright raspberry fruit, a touch of spice and super silky tannins.

Winemaking
Part of the blend is picked early, destemmed, crushed and fermented at a low temperature to extract as much fruit as possible. The second parcel is harvested at optimum ripeness and undergoes a long, traditional fermentation. Both elements are blended post-fermentation to give a perfectly balanced wine.
