Minimal cellar intervention lets Meinert's terroir shine. Hand-harvested grapes at 20-22° Balling are whole-bunch pressed and fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks (50%) and seasoned oak barrels (50%). This careful blending creates wines that beautifully express the Cape Winelands.
