This delicious rosé (in a beautiful bottle!) has intense aromas of strawberry, pomegranate, raspberry and rose petals. It is smooth-textured, rounded and balanced, with persistence of flavour on the finish with lingering notes of cherry pie. Created by Julián Chivite as an homage to his great friend and top Spanish chef José María Arzak, this food-friendly wine is made from Garnacha and Tempranillo, and has been lees-aged for six months to add creamy texture to its vibrant, fresh fruit character. The grapes are grown on the Finca de Legardeta vineyard, that has belonged to the Chivite family for hundreds of years, with truly special climate and soil.

The idea of creating the Las Fincas range was born out of the longstanding friendship between the Chivite and Arzak families and the numerous conversations and occasions spent enjoying good food and good wine in each other’s company. Thus, at one of these get-togethers, the idea of creating a wine that would be "that wine we’d always like to enjoy together" was born. This wine would also be a tribute to the know-how of an old family, the Arzaks. The Las Fincas wines are designer wines not just because of the attractiveness of their presentation but because of the great care taken in their crafting. These are authentic, sophisticated and perfectly-crafted wines. This food friendly rose wine is made up of a blend of 54% Garnacha and 46% Tempranillo and has been aged on its lees for six months prior to bottling.
