Winemaking
The brainchild of Julian Chivite and reknowned oenologist, Denis Dubourdieu, this wine was created with one purpose, to be Spain's ultimate expression of Chardonnay. Produced with Chardonnay grapes, carefully selected and handpicked from a singular plot with Atlantic climate and unique soil of Finca Granja de Legardeta. The wine undertakes its exclusive winemaking process, fermented in 40 French oak barrels and aged for 10 months and a half on its own lees with the corresponding bâtonnages. This wine has received an excellent and delicate artisanal treatment throughout its elaboration process, ageing and bottling.
