Made mainly from Viognier, grown in some of Lebanon's exceptionally high altitude vineyards, this fabulous wine has the refinement and class of a top Condrieu. It has enticing aromas of honeysuckle, jasmine, white peach and citron. The expressive character continues on the palate, as the wine walks the tightrope between lively vivacity on the one side and satisfying, rounded mellowness on the other. Bravo!

Manual night harvests in crates of 18kg and transport to the ultra sleek hi-tech winery in Basbina in temperature-controlled trucks. Low pressure pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. French oak for 5 months, 50% new and 50% used.
