Gin Mare is a vibrant, herbaceous gin, with rosemary, olive, thyme, basil and juniper creating a distinctive, summertime vibe. Oily and resinous, it makes for a fantastic Negroni or Gibson and is a lovely G&T when garnished with citrus.
Process
Over 15kg of olives make it into every batch of Gin Mare, which sees a majority of its ingredients distilled separately on a 250-litre Florentine still. The distillates are married after distillation and blended with neutral spirit and water.
People
Gin Mare was made in collaboration between Spanish gin giants Gin MG and Global Premium Brands, with the team branching away from MG's sizeable operation to make something smaller and more craft focused.

Gin Mare is made on the site of an old monastery in the small Spanish fishing town of Villanova, the. distillery space even has. A. fresco on the ceiling above the still. Gin Mare is by the far the distillery’s proudest export.
