Winemaking
Nebbiolo vines grown on well-situated, mid-slope vineyards in Vezza d'Alba Montaldo and Monteu Roero, with soils composed of yellow sand interspersed with calcareous marl and gravel. The grapes are fermented and macerated for 10-12 days at 28° C, then aged in oak casks for 6-7 months followed by at least the same period of time in the bottle.
