The Vigna La Rosa Barolo is harmonious, well-rounded and elegant in taste; its very fine and delicate bouquet is reminiscent of roses and, with the ageing process, tends to acquire a certain earthiness complimented by a velvety mouthfeel.

Press Review
" Rose, forest berry, dark spice and crushed mint aromas shape the nose on this fragrant red. The full-bodied, delicious palate features juicy Marasca cherry, strawberry compote and star anise alongside youthfully tight, fine-grained tannins. It closes on a white pepper note. It's elegant but still young, so give it a few more years to fully integrate and develop. Drink 2025–2032. "
Winemaking
Fermentation is carried out in large vats at a controlled temperature, lasting from 15-20 days. The wine is then aged in Slavonian oak casks for at least 2 years. Maturation is bottle for one year helps the wine to define and complete its characteristics.
