Delicate aromas of fresh watermelon and cherry give way to a complex, refreshing palate. Layers of red berries and subtle citrus are complemented by a softly textured middle and a fine, cleansing, mineral finish.

Winemaking
The grapes selected for our 2018 Fleur de Mer Rosé were ripened to ideal maturity, ensuring a delicate balance of sugar, acidity, aroma and color. Freshly-harvested grapes were direct-pressed to preserve the bright, concentrated fruit characteristics and produce our pleasing coral pink hue. For this vintage, Winemaker Florian Lacroux selected primarily Grenache, Cinsault and Carignan which blend harmoniously and bring remarkable consistency to the final wine.
