Process
El Jimador Blanco Tequila is made with 100% hand-harvested Blue Weber agave. The distillery uses a diffuser, before fermenting in open air tanks and distilling twice. It's then immediately bottled to preserve the freshness.
People
Named after the Jimadors - the Mexican farmers who harvest the agave plant. It takes skill and practice to become a master. El Jimador is the result of generations of producers, from farmer to distiller, who are passionate about their craft.
