A vibrant, unmistakable wine made from Torrontés, Argentina's signature white variety. It exudes tropical fruit salad aromas, alongside more delicate nuances of fragrant rose petals and orange zest. Torrentés has found its natural home in the extreme climate of Salta's Calchaqui Valley, at more than 5,500 feet above sea level, with 300 days of sunshine per year, just 15% humidity and a meagre 120 mm of rain. The growing season sees an astonishing 22° C variation between warm days and cold nights. These unique conditions, and the poor, rocky soils, lead to wines that are highly concentrated in explosively vivacious flavours.

Winemaking
The fruit is harvested by hand. Three different vinification techniques are used: 30% of the juice is cold macerated, 60% undergoes traditional fermentation and 10% is aged in small American barrels for 6 months. The last 10% goes through malolactic fermentation using selected lactic bacteria. The wine is blended following on from the different fermentations.
