Process
All El Dorado rums are made using molasses produced from 100% Demerara sugar. El Dorado 12yo GP is a blend from a combination of Coffey Stills and Port Mourant Double Wooden Pot Still rums which have been aged in oak barrels for at least 12 yrs.
