Process
Al Fresco Combines high quality Garnacha wines with botanicals such as liquorice, mint, rose and citrus. They add nectar of must for added sweetness, after which it's left to marry for two months.
People
The family behind El Bandarra, the Virgili brothers are the 6th generation from the Casa Berger Winery. For decades the family had sold their vermouth in bulk to neighbourhood cellars before they decided to bottle, brand and re-launch it.

With a historic winery (established in 1878) to the west of Barcelona and a philosophy based around creating aperitifs that reflect the city's terraces, hustle and bustle and good vibes, El Bandarra are a Catalan brand through and through.
